Walk along the Lake Taupo waterfront towards the north until you reach the end of the lakefront where you will find the Taupo Boat Ramp. From there, follow the signs to the Huka Falls Walkway. The walk will take you along the scenic Waikato River. Stay on the pathway and follow the river upstream for approximately 30 to 45 minutes until you reach Huka Falls Park.
