If you are starting from the Whanganui Riverfront, head northwest along the river until you reach the intersection with Taupo Quay. Continue straight onto Victoria Avenue, which is the main road in Whanganui. Walk along Victoria Avenue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Pukenamu Drive. Turn left onto Pukenamu Drive, and continue walking for about 500 meters. Queens Park will be on your right, easily recognizable by its lush greenery and park facilities.

Begin at the Whanganui Riverfront and follow the riverside path heading northwest. Once you reach the intersection with Taupo Quay, turn onto Victoria Avenue. Continue on Victoria Avenue for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Pukenamu Drive, make a left turn. After about 500 meters, Queens Park will be on your right. The park is accessible by bicycle and has designated bike racks available.
