History of Pacific Region

The Pacific Region of Nicaragua was home to several Indigenous cultures before the arrival of the Spanish. The Chorotega, Nicarao, and Sutiaba tribes were prominent in this area. These groups practiced advanced agricultural techniques and established complex social structures.
