If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Scioto Valley. Drive north on US-23 N for approximately 30 miles until you reach the exit for Chillicothe. Take the exit towards Chillicothe, and merge onto OH-104 N. Continue on OH-104 N for about 8 miles, then turn left onto E Water St. Continue straight to stay on E Water St, then turn right onto S Paint St. Follow S Paint St until you reach the intersection with E 4th St. Turn left onto E 4th St, and you will see Carlisle Hill just ahead. Make sure to park in designated areas to avoid any fines.
