If you're driving from Prineville, head east on E 3rd St toward NE Elm St. Continue on this road which will merge into US-26 E. After approximately 3 miles, take a left onto Grizzly Rd (follow signs for Crooked River Wetlands). Continue on Grizzly Rd for about 2 miles until you reach the Crooked River Wetlands Complex located on the left side, just past the bridge.

If you're using public transportation, you can take the Crook County Transit bus from Prineville to the nearest stop to Crooked River Wetlands. Once you get off, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile north on Grizzly Rd to reach the wetlands entrance.
