From Hood River, head east on I-84 E towards The Dalles. Take exit 69 for Mosier, which is about a 15-minute drive. After exiting, turn left onto Old River Rd. Continue for about 1.5 miles, then turn left onto Memaloose State Park Road. Follow the signs to the park entrance.
