    From Hood River, head east on I-84 E towards The Dalles. Take exit 69 for Mosier, which is about a 15-minute drive. After exiting, turn left onto Old River Rd. Continue for about 1.5 miles, then turn left onto Memaloose State Park Road. Follow the signs to the park entrance. Note that there may be a parking fee of around $5, so have cash or a credit card ready.
