If you are traveling by car, start from Klamath Falls, Oregon. Head north on US-97 N for about 60 miles until you reach the junction with OR-62 W. Take OR-62 W for approximately 30 miles until it merges with OR-138 W. Continue on OR-138 W for about 37 miles until you reach the small town of Idleyld Park. Once in Idleyld Park, look for signs directing you to Toketee Falls Road (Forest Road 34). Turn onto Toketee Falls Road and drive for about 4 miles to the Toketee Falls parking area. There is a parking fee of $5.00 for a day pass, so ensure you have cash or a payment method ready.
Public Transportation
To reach Toketee Falls using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from Klamath Falls to Roseburg. From Roseburg, you will need to arrange for a rideshare service or taxi to Idleyld Park, as public transport options may be limited in this area. Once in Idleyld Park, follow the directions for drivers – look for Toketee Falls Road (Forest Road 34) and drive about 4 miles to the falls. Note that this method may require advanced planning for rideshare availability.
Hiking
For those who are feeling adventurous and are already in the vicinity, you can hike to Toketee Falls from the Toketee Falls Trailhead. The trail is approximately 0.8 miles one way and is well-marked.
