If you are traveling by car along the Karakoram Highway, head towards Chilas. The Chilas Fort is located in Thack Colony, along Chinar Road. Once you reach the town of Chilas, turn onto Chinar Road. Continue driving for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the fort on your left. Parking might be available nearby, but be cautious of the local traffic.

Public Transportation
For public transport, you can catch a local bus or van heading towards Chilas from major stops along the Karakoram Highway, such as Gilgit or Skardu. Once you arrive in Chilas, you can take a taxi or a rickshaw to reach Thack Colony. Inform the driver to take you to Chinar Road. The fort is a short distance from the main road, and you can ask locals for directions if needed. Expect to pay around 100-200 PKR for the local transport.
