From Skardu city center, head towards the Skardu Airport. Follow the road leading to the airport for approximately 20 minutes on foot. This road is well-marked and you will pass several local shops and eateries along the way.

At the Skardu Bus Station, you can find shared jeeps heading towards Kachura. Make sure to ask for the jeep heading to Shangrila Resort or Kachura Lake. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes and will cost around PKR 200-300. Inform the driver to drop you off at Shangrila Resort.
