If you're starting from the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center, exit the center and head south on Taneytown Road. After about 0.2 miles, turn right onto Steinwehr Avenue. Continue walking on Steinwehr Avenue for approximately 0.7 miles. The Gettysburg Diorama will be on your left at 241 Steinwehr Ave, near the intersection with Culp Street.

If you're near the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center, you can catch the 'Gettysburg Trolley' which operates in the area. Board the trolley and ask for the stop nearest to the Gettysburg Diorama. After getting off, walk approximately 0.2 miles back on Steinwehr Avenue towards 241 Steinwehr Ave.
