Walking
If you are starting from the Gettysburg town square (the intersection of Baltimore Street and Lincoln Square), head south on Baltimore Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Steinwehr Avenue. Turn left onto Steinwehr Avenue. Follow it for about half a mile. You will see the entrance to Gettysburg National Military Park on your left. The Visitor Center will be at the entrance, which is a great starting point for your visit.

Biking
From the Gettysburg town square, head south on Baltimore Street. Once you reach the intersection with Steinwehr Avenue, turn left. Continue on Steinwehr Avenue, which is bike-friendly and has designated bike lanes. After about half a mile, you will arrive at the entrance to Gettysburg National Military Park on your left. Make sure to park your bike at the racks available near the Visitor Center.

Public Transportation (Shuttle Bus)
If you are near the Gettysburg Visitor Center or any of the main hotels in Gettysburg, check for local shuttle services that operate to Gettysburg National Military Park. The shuttle buses typically run every 30 minutes during the tourist season. Board the shuttle that is heading towards the park, and it will drop you off at the Visitor Center, which is the main access point to the park.
