    From anywhere in Upper Delaware Valley, head towards US Route 6 or PA Route 97 to reach the nearest major road. If you are in the town of Barryville, NY, take NY-97 South. Continue on NY-97 South until you reach the intersection with PA-739. Turn left onto PA-739 South and follow the signs for I-84. Merge onto I-84 East and continue to the exit for US-209 South. Follow US-209 South until you reach the intersection with PA-6. Take PA-6 East and continue until you cross into Delaware. Follow signs for DE-95 South and then merge onto I-95 South. Take exit 11 for DE-1 South toward the beaches. Follow signs to Claymont and exit onto Philadelphia Pike (US-13). Continue on Philadelphia Pike for about 3 miles, then follow signs to the PA/NJ/DE Tri-State Point, located in Claymont, DE 19703. Be aware that parking may be limited in the area.

    Public Transportation

If you're in the town of Port Jervis, NY, you can take the NJ Transit train from Port Jervis to Hoboken, NJ.
