Continue on NY-97 South until you reach the intersection with PA-739. Turn left onto PA-739 South and follow the signs for I-84. Merge onto I-84 East and continue to the exit for US-209 South. Follow US-209 South until you reach the intersection with PA-6. Take PA-6 East and continue until you cross into Delaware. Follow signs for DE-95 South and then merge onto I-95 South. Take exit 11 for DE-1 South toward the beaches. Follow signs to Claymont and exit onto Philadelphia Pike (US-13). Continue on Philadelphia Pike for about 3 miles, then follow signs to the PA/NJ/DE Tri-State Point, located in Claymont, DE 19703. Be aware that parking may be limited in the area.
