From Chiclayo, head south on Av. José Balta towards Reque. Continue on the main road for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Pan-American Highway (Route 1). Take the exit towards Reque and follow the signs for Urb Puerto Arturo. You will arrive at Puerto Arturo, located at 45RM+FMH, Reque 14801. Parking is available nearby.

The journey will take about 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Reque bus terminal, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach Puerto Arturo, which is about a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride. Ensure to confirm the taxi fare beforehand, which should be around S/. 5 to S/. 10.
