If you are driving from any location in South Coast, head toward the city of Cusco. The Museo de Arte Precolombino is located at Nazarenas 231, Cusco 08002. From the main highway (Carretera Interoceánica), take the exit towards Cusco. Once you enter the city, follow the signs to the Centro Histórico. You may need to navigate through city streets, so using a GPS or a maps app on your phone is recommended. There is limited street parking in the area, and paid parking lots may be available nearby. Expect to pay around 5-10 soles for parking, depending on the duration.

If you prefer public transport, take a bus or colectivo (shared taxi) from your location in South Coast to Cusco. Buses often depart from major towns such as Arequipa or Puno. Once you arrive at the main bus terminal in Cusco, you can either walk or take a taxi to the museum. The museum is approximately a 10-minute walk from the terminal. Just head towards the city center, and you will see signs directing you to the Centro Histórico. Alternatively, you can flag down a taxi at the terminal, which should cost around 10-15 soles to reach the museum.
