If you are traveling by car in the Douro Valley, start by heading towards the town of Peso da Régua. From Peso da Régua, take the N-222 road towards Porto. Continue on N-222 until you reach the A4 motorway entrance. Merge onto A4 towards Porto. After approximately 1 hour, take the exit towards A1, then get off at the exit for R. de Barros Lima in Porto. Follow the signs to R. de Barros Lima 881, and you will find Douro Exclusive - Douro Valley Tours located at the specified address.

To reach Douro Exclusive - Douro Valley Tours via train, take a train from the Peso da Régua train station to the São Bento train station in Porto. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at São Bento station, exit the station and head towards the metro. Take the Metro Line D (Yellow Line) towards Hospital de São João. Alight at the 'Campo 24 de Agosto' station.
