If you're driving, take the A2 from any location in Estremadura heading towards Lisbon. Once you reach the city, follow the signs for the city center (Centro de Lisboa). Once in the center, look for the direction towards Alfama. You can park at one of the nearby parking garages (such as Parque de Estacionamento da Graça) and walk to Largo de Santo Estêvão. The church is a short walk from the parking area, approximately 10 minutes.

To get to Igreja de Santo Estêvão using public transport, take a train from your nearest station in Estremadura, heading towards Lisbon - Rossio station. Once you arrive at Rossio, exit the station and walk to the metro station. Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Cais do Sodré. Change at Baixa-Chiado station to the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the Santa Apolónia station. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk. Head towards Rua da Alfândega and then take the first right onto Largo de Santo Estêvão.
