From Faro city center, head to the main bus station, 'Terminal Rodoviário de Faro', located near the marina. Take bus number 1 or 2 towards Lagoa. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Lagoa' bus stop. From there, walk towards Estrada de Benagil. It’s about a 20-minute walk. Follow the signs to Benagil and continue straight until you reach Estr. de Benagil 8400.

Start at Faro train station and take a train to Lagoa. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lagoa train station, exit and catch bus number 1 or 2 that heads to Benagil. Get off at the 'Benagil' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Estr. de Benagil 8400. Follow the road signs toward the beach.

If you are near the Faro Marina, you can walk towards the bus station to catch a bus to Lagoa. Alternatively, if you're feeling adventurous and are staying in nearby towns, you could walk along the coastal paths towards Lagoa, but this may take several hours.
