If you are in the historic center of Guimarães, start at the Praça de São Tiago. From there, head northeast on Rua de São Tiago until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Avenida de Dom João IV. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Guimarães train station. At the station, take the train to Porto. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Porto's São Bento station, exit and walk towards Rua de São Filipe de Nery. The Torre dos Clérigos will be a short walk from the station; continue straight until you reach the intersection, then turn left onto Rua de São Filipe de Nery. The tower is located at number 4050-546.

Bus
From Guimarães, walk to the Guimarães bus station located at Avenida da República. Look for the bus heading to Porto. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the Porto bus station, exit and head towards the nearest metro station, which is Campo 24 de Agosto. Take the metro Line D (Yellow Line) towards Hospital de São João. Get off at the Trindade station. From Trindade, walk to Rua de São Filipe de Nery; the Torre dos Clérigos is about a 10-minute walk from the metro stop.

Begin your journey at the Guimarães train station located at Rua da Estação. Board a train towards Porto. The trip will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Porto's São Bento station, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk towards Praça da Liberdade and continue straight until you reach Rua de São Filipe de Nery. You will find Torre dos Clérigos at number 4050-546, just a few minutes' walk from the square.
