Metro
Take Line A (Blue) from the Trindade Metro Station towards Senhor de Matosinhos. Get off at the São Bento Metro Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Rua de Almeida Garrett. Turn left onto Rua de Nova da Alfândega, and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Alfandega Congress Center.

Catch bus number 500 at the Mercado do Bolhão bus stop. Stay on the bus for 10 stops and get off at the 'Alfândega' stop. The Alfandega Congress Center is just a short walk from the bus stop; head towards R. Nova da Alfândega, and you'll see the building ahead.

If you're near the Ribeira area, start from the Cais da Ribeira, and walk towards the Dom Luís I Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rua de Nova da Alfândega, and walk for about 15 minutes until you arrive at the Alfandega Congress Center.
