Getting There

Metro
From the city center, head to the Trindade Metro Station (you can walk there or take a tram). Take the Metro Line D (Yellow Line) towards Santo Ovídio. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Jardim do Morro station. Once you exit the station, you will have a beautiful view of the Douro River and the city. From here, walk down the stairs towards the river.

As you reach the riverbank, turn left and walk along the Douro River. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes, passing by numerous wine cellars and enjoying the scenic views of the river and Porto skyline. Look for signs pointing towards the Wine Experience Museum. The exact address is Rua do Choupelo 39, Vila Nova de Gaia, which is a short walk from the river.

Alternatively, from the city center (e.g., Praça da Liberdade), you can catch bus number 903 towards 'Cais de Gaia.' After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop 'Cais de Gaia.'
