Start your journey from the Setúbal city center. Head southwest towards Avenida Luísa Todi, which runs along the waterfront. Continue along this avenue until you reach the end, where you'll see the marina. From there, follow the signs towards the ferry terminal (Terminal Marítimo de Setúbal). Once at the terminal, look for the ferry that goes to Troia. After a short ferry ride (approximately 15-20 minutes), disembark at Troia and follow the path towards the beach area.
