Once you arrive at the stop nearest to the Convent, 'São Lourenço', disembark and follow the signs pointing towards the Convent, which is approximately a 15-minute walk uphill.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Setúbal. Head towards the Avenida Luísa Todi, and follow the waterfront path until you reach the 'Caminho do Meio'. Continue on this path, which will take you through scenic areas and towards the Arrábida Natural Park. Follow the signs to the Convent of Our Lady of Arrábida. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes, depending on your pace.

If you enjoy walking, start from the city center and head to the edge of Setúbal, towards the Arrábida Natural Park. The walk is approximately 8 km and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the Avenida Luísa Todi, then take the 'Rua da Liberdade' that leads out of the city. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to the Convent. The path is mostly uphill, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
