From the center of Viseu, head towards the Praça do Rossio, which is a central square. You can start walking down Rua Formosa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua Cândido dos Reis. Turn left onto Rua Cândido dos Reis. Keep walking until you reach the address R. Cândido dos Reis 63. Miradouro da Bela Vista will be on your left, and you will notice a small pathway that leads up to the viewpoint.

From the main bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Viseu), take any bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop near Praça do Rossio. From there, walk down Rua Formosa and turn left onto Rua Cândido dos Reis. Continue until you reach R. Cândido dos Reis 63. Miradouro da Bela Vista is a short walk from there.
