Follow US-1 S for approximately 15 miles until you reach the exit for RI-138 E towards Newport. Continue on RI-138 E, which will take you directly into Newport. Once in Newport, follow signs for downtown. Turn left onto Thames St, then right onto Washington St. Hunter House will be on your left. There is street parking available nearby, which may incur a fee depending on the time of day.

You will need to get off at the Newport Gateway Center. From there, take the local trolley or walk approximately 0.5 miles down America’s Cup Avenue, then turn left onto Thames St, and finally a right onto Washington St. Hunter House will be on your left.
