Getting There

Walking
From the center of Gisenyi, head towards the main road (A1). Walk north along Avenue de la Révolution until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue du Lac. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Avenue de la Paix. Turn left onto Avenue de la Paix. After approximately 500 meters, you will see signs directing you towards Mutura. Follow the signs for another 1.5 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Imbabazi.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle in Gisenyi and start from Avenue de la Révolution. Ride north towards the roundabout and take the second exit onto Avenue du Lac. Continue cycling for about 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Avenue de la Paix. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, keeping an eye out for signs that will lead you towards Mutura. The final stretch will take you directly to Imbabazi.
