Cross the road and continue walking straight towards the direction of the Gishwati-Mukura National Park. Follow the signs that indicate the direction of the park. The distance is approximately 10 kilometers, which might take around 2 hours on foot. Make sure to carry plenty of water and wear comfortable walking shoes.

    Rent a bicycle in Muhanga town. Start by cycling west on Avenue de la Révolution for about 500 meters. Then turn left onto Route Nationale 1. Follow this road straight towards the direction of Gishwati-Mukura National Park.
