    From the center of Ruhengeri, head north along the main road (A1) towards the National Park. Keep walking straight for about 5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. Once you reach Kinigi, continue straight until you see the Volcanoes National Park entrance, which is well marked. The Bisoke Hike starts from there. It’s advisable to wear comfortable shoes, as the path can be muddy.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Ruhengeri. Start by heading north on the main road (A1) towards Kinigi. It's approximately a 5-kilometer ride. You will enjoy scenic views along the way. Once you arrive in Kinigi, look for signs leading to Volcanoes National Park. The Bisoke Hike trailhead is located near the park entrance. Be prepared for some rough patches along the way.
