    If you are traveling by car, head to the town of Tatranská Lomnica. From Tatranská Lomnica, take the road towards Starý Smokovec. Keep following the signs for the High Tatras National Park. Once you reach Starý Smokovec, take the road that leads to Hrebienok. There is a parking area available at Hrebienok where you can leave your car. Note that parking fees may apply, typically around €5 for a full day. From Hrebienok, you will need to hike to The Silent Valley, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour hike. Follow the marked trails towards the valley.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach The Silent Valley using public transportation, take a bus or a train to the High Tatras. The nearest train station is in Poprad, from where you can take a bus to Tatranská Lomnica or Starý Smokovec. Once you arrive at Starý Smokovec, you will need to take the funicular to Hrebienok. The funicular operates regularly, and tickets cost around €5 for a round trip. After reaching Hrebienok, you can start your hike to The Silent Valley, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
