From Nova Gorica, head to the Nova Gorica train station. Purchase a ticket for Aquileia, which may require a transfer. Take a train to the nearest station, which is in Cervignano del Friuli. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cervignano del Friuli, exit the station and look for the bus stop.

After exiting Cervignano del Friuli train station, take the bus towards Aquileia. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to ensure a smooth transfer. Get off at the stop for 'Aquileia' and follow the signs toward the Archaeological Area.
