Start from Folly Beach by heading northwest on Folly Road toward James Island. Continue on Folly Road for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with the James Island Connector. Merge onto the James Island Connector and follow the signs to get onto US-17 N. After about 6 miles, take the exit for Broad St. Continue on Broad St. and then turn right onto Aquarium Wharf. From Folly Beach, take the CARTA Route 30 (Folly Road) bus toward the City of Charleston. This bus runs every 30 minutes, and the fare is $2. After about 45 minutes, get off at the stop at the intersection of Broad St. and East Bay St. From there, walk east on Broad St. for about 0.5 miles until you reach Aquarium Wharf.
