From Kiawah Island, take Kiawah Island Parkway and head northeast. Merge onto SC-700 N towards Charleston. Continue on SC-700 N which will take you to US-17 N. Follow US-17 N for approximately 20 miles until you reach the exit for Meeting Street in Charleston. Merge onto Meeting Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Calhoun Street. Turn left onto Calhoun Street, and continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Turn right onto Concord Street, and you will find Aquarium Wharf at 360 Concord St, Charleston, SC 29401.
