    From the main area of Lewis and Clark Recreation Area, head east on SD-50. Continue on SD-50 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with SD-19. Turn left (north) onto SD-19 and drive for about 4 miles. Spirit Mound State Historic Prairie will be on your right at 31148 SD-19, Vermillion, SD 57069. There is no entrance fee for the park.
