From your starting point in Ella, head to the main bus station located on the main road (A23). Look for buses heading towards Haputale. These buses run frequently throughout the day, so you should not have to wait long. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Haputale bus station, exit the bus and turn left onto Temple Road (also known as 77 Temple Rd). Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers.
