Getting There

Tuk-Tuk
From the Kandy city center, head towards the Kandy Lake and find a tuk-tuk stand. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Welikande Yoga Retreats' located at 234 Siridigana R, Rangala Rd, Udispattuwa. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.

Start at the Kandy Bus Station and take a bus heading towards Udispattuwa. You can ask locals for the right bus as there are several routes. Once you arrive at Udispattuwa, get off at the nearest stop to 'Siridigana Road'. From there, you may need to walk about 10-15 minutes to reach Welikande Yoga Retreats, following the road signs or asking locals for directions.

If you are feeling adventurous and are staying nearby, you can walk to Welikande Yoga Retreats. Starting from the Kandy city center, head towards the main road leading to Udispattuwa. Follow Siridigana Road for approximately 5 kilometers, and you will find the retreat on your right side. Be prepared for a scenic walk, but ensure you have good walking shoes.
