Turn left onto this road and continue for approximately 5 km. You will arrive at the Ambuluwawa Trigonometrical Station, where you can find the entrance to Ambuluwawa Lake. Note that there is a small entrance fee, usually around 100 LKR per person.

    To reach Ambuluwawa Lake using public transport, first take a bus from Kegalle to Gampola. Buses leave frequently from the Kegalle bus stand.
