Car
From Minneriya National Park, start by heading south on the A1 road towards Habarana. Continue for about 8 kilometers until you reach the A11 road. Turn left onto the A11 road and drive for approximately 15 kilometers. Look for signs towards Angammedilla National Park as you approach Diyabeduma. After another 5 kilometers, you will see the entrance to Angammedilla National Park on your left. Make sure to have your entrance fee ready, as the park charges an admission fee for visitors.

Public Transportation
If traveling by public transportation, you can take a bus from Habarana to Polonnaruwa. Buses leave frequently from the Habarana bus stand. Once you reach Polonnaruwa, transfer to a local bus heading towards Diyabeduma. Inform the bus driver of your destination, as some local buses may not have clear signage. After about 30 minutes on the local bus, you will arrive at a stop near Angammedilla National Park. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the park entrance. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance to plan your return trip.
