Once you reach Gal Vihara, look for signs directing you to the nearby temples and Kabara bokkuwa. Follow these signs and walk another 500 meters; Kabara bokkuwa is located at the coordinates XWVV+R2W, near the historical sites.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Polonnaruwa. Start from the Polonnaruwa bus stand and cycle towards the Polonnaruwa Archaeological Museum. Continue along the A11 road towards Gal Vihara. It’s about a 2-kilometer ride. As you approach Gal Vihara, look for the signs towards Kabara bokkuwa.
