Getting There

Walking
Start from the Sigiriya Rock Fortress entrance. Walk south on the main road (Sigiriya Road) for about 1 kilometer. You'll pass by several local shops and accommodations. Continue straight until you reach the junction with a signpost pointing towards 'Sigiriya Tank'. Turn left at this junction and follow the path. The tank is approximately 500 meters down this road, and you will see the tank on your right. It is surrounded by greenery and is a great spot for relaxation and photography.
