From the Bern main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 9 towards "Gümligen". After 5 stops, get off at "Dalmazibrücke". Once you exit the tram, you will find yourself at the Dalmazibrücke, and Dalmazimätteli is just a short walk from the tram stop.

If you are near the Zytglogge (Clock Tower), head southwest on Kramgasse and continue until you reach the Aare River. Cross the Aare River via the Nydeggasse bridge.
