Bus

From the city center of Geneva, head to the main bus station, Gare Routière. You can reach it by walking to the Cornavin train station and following the signs for the bus terminal. Once there, take the bus line 8 towards 'Gare de Meyrin'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Chêne-Bourg' stop. Transfer to bus line 34 towards 'La Châtaigneraie'. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Viuz-la-Chiésaz' stop. Follow the signs to Semnoz, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
Tram and Bus

Start at the Cornavin train station and take tram line 12 towards 'Nations'. Get off at the 'Nations' stop. From there, switch to bus line 28 towards 'Meyrin-Gravières'. After about 25 minutes, change at the 'Meyrin-Croset' stop to bus line 34 towards 'La Châtaigneraie'. Ride for another 30 minutes until you reach 'Viuz-la-Chiésaz'. From the bus stop, Semnoz is within walking distance, just follow the local signs.
Train and Bus

From Geneva's Cornavin train station, take a train towards 'Annecy' and get off at 'Annecy' station. This will take about 30 minutes. Once at Annecy, switch to bus line 61 towards 'Viuz-la-Chiésaz'.
