Train
From Locarno, head to the Locarno train station. You can reach the station by walking or taking a local bus (Bus Line 1 or 2) to the station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Como. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Como, exit the train station and head towards the main entrance. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Piazza Medaglie d'Oro Comasche. The Museo Archeologico Giovio will be on your left at number 1.

You can take a bus from Locarno to Como. Go to the Locarno bus terminal, which is located near the train station. Look for the bus heading to Como (check the schedule for the exact bus number and times). The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. When you arrive in Como, walk towards the city center for about 15 minutes. You will reach Piazza Medaglie d'Oro Comasche, where the Museo Archeologico Giovio is located at number 1.

If you are already in the center of Locarno, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the train station, which is about 1 km from the main square.
