From Locarno's main bus station (Piazza Stazione), take the bus heading towards Biasca. The bus number you need is the 10, which is frequently available. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to check the schedule beforehand as buses may run less frequently in the evenings. Get off at the Biasca stop. From the bus stop, walk south along Via S. Carlo for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Chiesa di S. Carlo Borromeo on your left.
