Starting from the main railway station, Lugano (Stazione di Lugano), exit the station and head south towards Via P. C. Riva. Walk down this road for about 500 meters until you reach the lakeside promenade. Continue along the promenade, enjoying views of Lake Lugano, until you reach the intersection at Via Nassa. Turn left onto Via Nassa, which will lead you to the city center. Keep walking straight until you reach Piazza della Riforma, a central square in Lugano. From there, take Via C. Ghiringhelli uphill, which will eventually lead you to the funicular railway station for the Monte Brè. Take the funicular to the top and enjoy the scenic views. Upon exiting the funicular, follow the trail signs to Puntoblu, which will take you through a nature path. The total walking time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.

From Lugano's main train station, take bus line 2 towards 'Pazzallo'. Get off at the 'Pazzallo' stop, which is approximately a 15-minute ride.
