If you are in central Zurich, take Tram Line 4 from "HB" (Hauptbahnhof) towards "Zürich, Bahnhof Hardbrücke". Get off at "Escher-Wyss-Platz" (approximately 5 minutes). Then transfer to Tram Line 6 towards "Zoo" and get off at "Zürich, Central" (about 3 more minutes). From "Zürich, Central", walk towards the River Limmat, cross the bridge, and head towards Reussquai. The Reussbrücke will be visible shortly thereafter.

From "Zürich, Bahnhofquai/HB", take Bus Line 33 towards "Zürich, Altstetten, Bahnhof". Disembark at the "Zürich, Central" stop (about 5 minutes). From there, walk down to the River Limmat, cross the bridge, and continue towards Reussquai. You will see the Reussbrücke ahead.

If you are near the University of Zurich, you can take a pleasant walk to the Reussbrücke. Head south towards the River Limmat, turn left to walk along the riverbank, and follow the path until you reach the bridge. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the river.
