If you are driving from downtown Austin, take I-35 South. Continue on I-35 S for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 223A for TX-71 W toward Airport. Merge onto TX-71 W and continue for about 6 miles. Take the exit for US-183 S toward Lockhart. Merge onto US-183 S and continue for about 5 miles. Then, take the exit for E William Cannon Dr. Turn left onto E William Cannon Dr and continue for 2 miles. Turn right onto Canon Yeomans Trail and your destination, The Rail Bridge, will be on your left at 1328 Canon Yeomans Trail, Austin, TX 78748.
Public Transportation
To reach The Rail Bridge via public transportation from downtown Austin, first take Capital Metro's MetroRapid Route 801 from the downtown area. Get off at the stop at William Cannon & Manchaca. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles. Head south on Manchaca Rd and then turn right onto William Cannon Dr. Continue walking until you reach Canon Yeomans Trail, then turn left, and The Rail Bridge will be on your left at 1328 Canon Yeomans Trail, Austin, TX 78748. Note that a bus fare is required, which is approximately $1.25.
