If you are in the center of Chiang Rai, start at the Clock Tower located at the junction of Phaholyothin Road and Thanalai Road. From the Clock Tower, head north on Phaholyothin Road for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Soi 3. Turn left onto Soi 3 and continue walking straight. The road will eventually lead you to a park area. Keep walking for another 500 meters, and you will arrive at Chiang Rai City Park, which is located on your right.
