Getting There

Songthaew

From the center of Chiang Rai, head to the main bus station (Chiang Rai Bus Terminal). Look for a songthaew (a shared taxi truck) heading towards Mae Yao. The fare should be around 30-50 THB. Once on the songthaew, inform the driver that you want to go to Ruammit Elephant Camp. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. You will be dropped off near the entrance of the camp.
Motorbike Taxi

If you're close to a busy street, you can easily find a motorbike taxi. Tell the driver you wish to go to Ruammit Elephant Camp on Unnamed Rd, Tambon Mae Yao. The fare should be around 100-150 THB, and the ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey.
Walking

If you are staying near the Mae Yao area, you can walk to Ruammit Elephant Camp. Start by heading towards Unnamed Rd. Follow the signs towards the camp. It's a 2-kilometer walk which should take around 25-30 minutes. Ensure to stay hydrated and enjoy the local scenery along the way!
Bicycle Rental

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Chiang Rai. Head towards the Mae Yao area, following the main roads and using a map app for navigation. The distance is about 5 kilometers and should take around 20-30 minutes. Once you reach Unnamed Rd, follow the road signs to Ruammit Elephant Camp.
