Walking
If you are in the city center, start at the Cabot Circus shopping center. Head southwest on Glasshouse Street towards Bell Lane. Continue onto Lower Castle Street and then turn right onto Castle Street. Follow this street until you reach the end and it merges into the A4044. Keep walking straight until you reach the roundabout at St. Augustine's Parade. Take the first exit onto the A4044 and continue until you reach the junction with the A37. Cross the road to follow the A37 towards the south. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will see signs for Clifton. Follow the signs into the Clifton area until you reach the bridge. The Clifton Suspension Bridge will be visible as you approach the cliffs.

From the city center, make your way to the nearest bus stop at 'The Centre'. Take bus number 8 or 9 towards Clifton. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Clifton Village' stop. From there, it is a short walk. Head southwest on The Mall, which will lead you directly to the bridge. Look for the signs indicating the direction to the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Public Transport - Train
If you are near Bristol Temple Meads train station, take a short walk to the city center and follow the directions for public transport from there. Alternatively, you can take a train to Clifton Down station, which is about a 15-minute walk to the bridge. Upon exiting the station, turn right onto Whiteladies Road and follow the signs towards Clifton. After crossing the road, continue straight until you reach the bridge area.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the city center and head towards the A38. Follow the A38 southbound until you reach Clifton. The bike ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
