Car
If you are driving from the centre of Lincoln, take the A57 towards Gainsborough. Merge onto the A631 and follow signs for the A180 towards Cleethorpes. Continue on the A180 until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto the A46. Follow the A46 until it becomes the A1031. After entering Cleethorpes, follow signs for the seafront. Cleethorpes Pier Gardens is located on Central Promenade, DN35 8LG. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around £1-£3 per hour depending on the season.

To reach Cleethorpes by train, board a train at Lincoln Station heading towards Grimsby Town. Change trains at Grimsby Town Station for a direct service to Cleethorpes Station, which typically takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Cleethorpes Station, exit the station and walk towards the seafront. The Pier Gardens are located approximately 0.5 miles (around 10 minutes on foot) from the station. Follow the main road to the promenade and turn left; you'll see the Pier Gardens ahead.

If you prefer to travel by bus, from Lincoln, take the Stagecoach bus service 1 or 2 towards Grimsby. Get off at the Cleethorpes stop. From there, it's a short walk to Cleethorpes Pier Gardens. Head towards the seafront and follow Central Promenade until you see the gardens. Bus fares can vary but expect to pay around £5 for a return ticket.
