If you are starting from Manchester Piccadilly Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, London Road. Turn left onto London Road and continue straight until you reach the junction with Piccadilly Gardens. From Piccadilly Gardens, cross the road and head towards the large fountain. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the gardens. Turn right onto Market Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Cross Street. Turn left onto Cross Street, and after a short walk, turn right onto Windmill Street. The Peterloo Massacre Monument will be on your left.

If you are near the Manchester Art Gallery, exit the gallery and head south on Mosley Street. Continue until you reach the junction with Princess Street. Turn left onto Princess Street and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Windmill Street. Turn right onto Windmill Street, and you will find the Peterloo Massacre Monument a short walk down on your right.

Public Transport
If you are starting from the Etihad Stadium, take Bus 216 or 217 towards Piccadilly Gardens. Get off at the Piccadilly Gardens stop. From there, follow the directions as if you were coming from Piccadilly Station: walk towards the large fountain, then proceed to Market Street, turn left, then left again onto Cross Street, and finally turn right onto Windmill Street. The monument will be on your left.

If you are at the Northern Quarter, start at Piccadilly Records and head south on Oldham Street towards Piccadilly Gardens. Cross over to the gardens and walk towards the fountain. Continue straight, turn right onto Market Street, then left onto Cross Street, and finally right onto Windmill Street. The monument will be on your left.
